This goes further than that actually.  Everyone without a driver's license
and who relies on 3rd party delivery is inelligible for any of wendy's
advertised specials.  The very last statement on these ads is 3rd party
delivery invalid which means if you have to use a 3rd party service you
pay full price and any fees tacked onto that full price from your delivery
service.
