Before anyone does any of this a consult with a physical therapist would be
prudent.  The first rule in rock climbing is don't fall off.  In order to
comply with the first rule, a second rule exists.  Three points on the
surface at all times.  Any three of hands and feet will do.  Less than three
points then danger level goes up.
