I don't consider myself to be an expert IOS user but I have generally been able to use the DoorDash app.  There are certainly some quirky behaviors that I had to figure out, though.

I've been using the web site for doordash for quite a while now, as the app
has been hard for a long time. The web site has issues too, but I can work
around them.

The app, at least on iOS has been pretty broken for almost a year now.  I
think many people have complained, and they do little or nothing.
