[BlindTlk] Scanning QR Codes

QR codes are technically a type of barcode, but they contain a lot
more information. I tend to see them containing links to online
restaurant menus, or sometimes the menus themselves, download
information for apps, promo codes at stores, etc. If you can't scan
them, you can't take advantage of the data they contain.
