I've had them with three different types of top and I prefer the large
flip top tops.  So tonight to my surprise I took a small screw top off a
tube of toothpaste then screwed the large flip top top onto the full tube
and threw that small screw top away.  Works with no problem at all.  So if
you like the large flip tops remember save one for future use on tubes
with those small screw tops and then you don't have to worry about the
small screw top getting lost once off the toothpaste.
