That's not just blind people. I think I know more sighted people who don't either bother or even care about updates.

I actually did update from Windows 10 to 11 when it was first released last year, because they were offering a free upgrade on my computer. That was back in March/April 2022 though so it might not be available now; you might have to pay for Windows 11 if you don't have it already.
Frankly I don't understand why so many blind people seem hesitant to install updates on their phones and computers, even minor ones. Yes, there can certainly be bugs when new versions are released, but most of the time they're really not so severe as to affect the overall functioning of your device. I just install any updates when I can and as soon as they're released to the public.
