I have no idea how to get her one, but it sounds like getting it there even if we can find and fund one is a questionable venture. Can you imagine our post office or TSA disassembling any of our units and putting them back together?

Hello, Judy. I hope you are fine. I'm sorry to trouble you. But I was wondering if you know where to buy an ElBraille. Vispero dealers don't want to ship to Mexico City because of the stupid company policies. Somebody in the US wanted $3500 for it. As you know, the American dollar price increased significantly when the pandemic started.
Also, the dealer in Mexico won't import any item. The new president of this country added extra taxes to import gadgets. To make matters worse, if the customs agent thinks it's necessary to disassemble the unit, it'll be done, no matter if the unit gets damaged.
