Hello,
Does anyone here use any good or comprehensive fitness or exercise
programs that are fully accessible by someone who is totally blind? I
want to get in better shape but haven't found a good program or app
that describes how to do exercises in a good verbal way.
If anyone uses any and can recommend it would be great!
