[BlindTlk] You are a fall risk because you are blind

Why people don't change is personality and behavior emanating from
personality comes from the DNA with which they were born.  Babies when
born have hard-wired personalities which is why mothers and babies have to
get to know each other.  This is college level Psychology 101.
