[BlindTlk] directv accessibility fail!

Got a situation this morning where a message came up on the screen with
choices of interrupt or don't interrupt.  In order to break out of that
programming which was for life lock insurance there is no key on any
remote that can be hit to interrupt the program.  You have to highlight
your choice on the screen and then hit an exit button to interrupt the
program.  Since the tv doesn't tell you these things using google speech,
this is an accessibility fail.
