[BlindTlk] blind friendly cities

I’ve seen something on this topic before quite a while ago. Personally, I like our community Janesville, Wisconsin because the bus system is good, more reliable than other communities like Madison Milwaukee, and people are quite respectful of blindness for the most part. However, you know you can get around the community, it still has that old idea of people who are blind and working. But that’s a problem everywhere. It will be interesting to hear what others say.
