Greetings:

Have you tried to contact Medicare.gov?

South Carolina has a state Medicaid agency.

If you are dual eleagable (having both Medicare and Medicaid) the state
agency should help.

Note that some Medicaid plans may require you to change providers during an
open season period.

I've have both, but can't seem to get the system to see that I have
Medicaid.

 

And, I'd like to change my provider.
