Hello, this is a standard safety message that you will see with a lot of messages. However, if you are simply using the up and down arrow keys to read email and you were getting this message without pressing enter, it means that your preview pane is enabled. If you do not use the preview pane you can disable it by pressing f8. When the preview pane is disabled, you will need to choose a message with the up or down arrows and then press enter to read it. Then you can close it by pressing control w. Now, if you want to disable Thunderbirds safety features of emails, that will be done under preferences, and I think it might be in the security settings. Right now I do not have a computer to look at it and tell you exactly where it is.
