Yes, I even used to know a blind guy who built his own house.

You may need to get a sighted person to show you the first time, but this
should be possible.

Can blind people use tools like wrenches, clamps, etc, independently? I'm
trying to mount a bike seat. I can feel where the clamp is but can't open or
