What is a good microphone for high quality recording for podcasts?

 

I'll use my iPhone with buzzsprout.

It has an IOS app.

 

I'd like to be able to do it with the actual app and just post right away.

Unless there is a more accessible option.

Buzzsprout also  seems to be ranked pretty high among the different
platforms.

One article ranked it as number one.

If I buy some wireless ear buds would that be enough to cut  Ambien sound
along with the good mike?

 

I might want to type on the keyboard to read relevant material for my
podcast.

 

Such as the notes for the podcasts.
