[BlindTlk] Number symbol

Hi everyone,

So I wanted to ask everyone on this list a question. I'm having trouble
opening  up links on my college's website because there's a number symbol on
the first word and then the links  below won't open. For example, let's say
the word street is above. . The word street will have the number symbol next
to it. For example, street#.

I'll select the link and then nothing happens. The links below won't open.
Any suggestion??
