Thanks for reaching out with those tech questions.

First, I would like to ask a few questions.

1. What is Modal? Can you give us an explanation of what it is, what you 
intend to use it for ETC?

2. What particular thing are you trying to access?

3. If you can maybe provide some useful info like JAWS version, Windows 
version, ETC, it would be helpful but not necessarily required.
