You're right, I've gotten them, and I do too, but I'm talking about those verification e-mails when Facebook is giving you a verification code. You are not clicking on an e-mail link, but putting the code shown into the edit field on your site.

A lot of times e-mails from "facebook" are scams. I ignore them.
