[BlindTlk] [NFB-Talk] Testing

I sent out a message on Friday -- we are having 
trouble with the software that runs the 
lists.  They had a bad update earlier in the 
week, and haven't fixed it yet, there is no 
workaround -- and we don't know when things will be fixed.
