While I don't yet know for sure, I suspect this problem too is an outg4rowth of the other problems we are having with the Mailman software. We won't know for sure, until they fix Mailman.

Greetings, everyone.  This is a test to make sure my messages are coming = =3D through.  Also, and I haven=3DE2=3D80=3D99t looked at this on my I = Phone, but =3D I=3DE2=3D80=3D99ve noticed that some of the messages coming in, and I = =3D especially noticed this on the NFB Conventions listserv, I am seeing =3D weird characters like equal signs followed by numbers.
