Hi,

There is no physical reason you cannot use a safety razor if you want to.  Just make sure to use a light touch, don't press into your skin, let the blade doing the work.  You are just running it over the skin surface, and the blad will do the work.  You can practice with the cap on for the first round.

I do is I use the flawless shaver by finishing touch. I got mine on amazon.
I really like it, it doesn't get my legs as smooth as they'd be if a
sighted person helped me with a standard razor.  But does a decent job.  It
has attachments for different areas, arms, legs, etc., some I don't even
know what they're for.  During the pandemic, I was desperate to get some of
the hair off of the back of my neck, because my hair is extremely thick, so
I used it.  Boy, if my family had known, they'd surely have given me
grief.  Oh, and the shaver is rechargeable, which is good.

This might not be the exact one, but it's similar.
