Madison, first of all, you need to care what your legs and your arm pits =
look like. In some cultures, it may not make any difference; in this one =
it does. Even if people don't say they are judging you, they likely are. =
It seems a little harsh, but it is likely true.
Arm pits need shaved because deodorant works better if you are less =
hairy.=20
Now you have received some good advice about shaving. I just decided I =
wanted to shave, so I started doing it one day. You might miss a few =
spots (I think everyone does) but it is quite easy. Just make sure you =
have enough lather. I think I started it because I had a sense that =
people would be reticent to help me learn, and I knew other people were. =
I used to shadow my mom when she did, so I did. I think you will feel =
better if you do it.
Madison, you write here and ask a lot of how-to=20
Questions, and that is good, but what do you then do about it. Are you =
afraid to do these things? You say your mom rags on you, and I expect =
she does, but I am wondering if you can get her to see that you aren't =
going to automatically do these things. So you now have received good =
answers about shaving. What are you going to do with them? Is there =
anything you don't understand about this? Take advantage of the wealth =
of information available to you here and give it a shot; if you don't =
understand, then ask the questions. Don't be afraid to try it. Even if =
you nick yourself, you will heal. Even if you miss spots, you will get =
better. To know how to do it yourself you just have to try it.

Hi to all of the ladies on list,
It'll be summer soon which means it'll be time to start wearing shorts =
and also my mom and sister killing me as I don't shave my legs. I don't =
do it because I really don't care what they look like but when Mom does =
it for me I get grief about how I should be doing it myself but the one =
time I tried I cut my legs multiple times (I get annoyed when Mom makes =
me do things that I really don't care about so then I either rush and/or =
do a sloppy job). Do any of you lovely ladies have any ideas as how I =
can shave without cutting myself? I'm only really worried about my legs =
as I only wear t-shirts so no one can see my armpits (that's not why I =
only wear them it's just a bonus of doing it). Thanks and I look forward =
to reading whatever any of you have to say!
