I would recommend appleVis applevis.com I believe that they have a guide to getting started with your first MAC VoiceOver which can also be toggled with commend (alt key on Windows keyboard) and f5 also has a practice mode.

Good afternoon. I have been using iphones with VoiceOver for about a decade. I purchased a MacBook neo, which will arrive next month. Where can I find a written user guide? I would like to learn how to set up the mac using voiceover, basic commands, turning the mac off and on, writing documents, and using the mac with zoom and other apps running in the background. The phone I will be using with the neo is an iphone 17e. I also use braille displays. I am coming from a windows background. Thank you.
