[BlindTlk] getting started with Excel

First install Microsoft Excel then open that file with excel.  On windows 
using jaws it's possible to move around with arrow keys and the f5 key 
asks for a particular cell address you type in and are placed at that cell 
address. Excel has rows and columns made up of cells like braille paper 
has rows and columns made up of cells.  The difference is braille paper 
allows for only one character in a cell and excel allows for much more
