[BlindTlk] perkins brailler dust covers

For those who buy the dymo tape attachment those covers could be improved.
On the inside of the cover on the edge that goes over the keys, another 
strip of fabric wide enough to hold the dymo tape attachment could be sewn 
in and that way users could store their attachments inside the dust cover.  
The long thin edge would go in the compartment with the long narrow edge 
sticking out toward the brailler when the dust cover was on the brailler.
