I have seen PDFs where I must sign my name, and they are very inaccessible for me to even fill out. I have seen other PDF files that allow me to type in my form responses, and check the boxes, but they signature field is un-typable, so I must print and sign with pen which is, quite inaccessible without sighted assistance. Then there are these very nice PDFs that you can sign right in the software. For those, it says, "Signature field is unsigned adobe PDF" or something like that. You can sign with a digital ID unique to your Adobe reader software. You only create this once. Once it's done, you can sign and just hit the sign button. Also, when you go into the digital signature thing, the prompts don't have any links, buttons, or anything so I would just tab around and trust all intuition that what you're clicking on is a link or button even if JAWS or NVDA doesn't say, Link, or button.
