I bet this is my friend who was constantly writing post for the Braille Monitor to start a group of blind people with cerebral palsy. He always uses exaggerated language like this. I’m not sure it is him, but the writing style is very similar. He gave up writing posts for the Monitor when he realized that to start a new group, he had to get the permission of the president, and he would advertise without coming to the convention.
