T-Base Communications is one step closer to being able to report the findings to our customers who are keenly interested in this topic and want to know how to improve the user experience. Though we?ve received a number of responses so far, the truth is we need to hear more. It?s only with sufficient participation that we?ll have statistically sound results we can share. We?ve put together a few five-minute questionnaires asking you about your experience receiving accessible information from various service providers as a consumer who is blind, deaf-blind or partially sighted. Share you experience! Message-ID: <4dc59d176f9147e3a939f5bbaafa1fa3@MBX07A-IAD3.mex06.mlsrvr.com> November 15th is the final day to submit your feedback on the availability of accessible information from your North American service providers. T-Base's customers-the corporate community-are keenly interested in this topic and want to know how to improve the user experience. Yet, in order to gather and share the findings, feedback from the blind community is needed to make the final report statistically sound. By completing the surveys, you can have your say. So this is a deadline you do not want to miss! Comments we've received from respondents so far: "This is a great initiative, as it invites consumers who are blind, like myself, to share what it's like to request and obtain documents in alternate formats. I think it's important that service providers have this information." "The surveys are quick and easy to do. Anyone with a visual impairment should provide feedback. After all, doing so will benefit the entire blind community." "There are so few questionnaires that give us the opportunity to tell our service providers what works and what doesn't. I can see this paving the way for greater accessibility in several industries." If you haven't done so already, please complete one or more of the following questionnaires by November 15th: List of 5 items: * Accessibility: Call Center: http://www.tbase.com/webform/accessibility-call-center-questionnaire-0 * Accessibility: In-Person Experience: http://www.tbase.com/webform/accessibility-walk-questionnaire * Accessibility: Online or Mobile App: http://www.tbase.com/webform/accessibility-online-or-mobile-app-qustionnaire * Delivery of Requested Accessible Documents: http://www.tbase.com/webform/delivery-requested-accessible-documentation-questionnaire * Satisfaction with Accessible Documents: http://www.tbase.com/webform/satisfaction-accessible-documentation-questionnaire-0 List end Thank you!
