Dear all,

As some of you may know I work as our Director of Outreach. I joined this list to ask for your help. We need stories from blind people and right now especially blind veterans for our storybank. Our storybank serves as a repository for stories we use in our publications and in our outreach materials.

I am hoping that those of you who are comfortable telling your story in around 200 words can send to me offline. We need stories which show that NFB helps veterans for our outreach to veterans and to those who specifically want to assist our veterans.

Don't be afraid of talking about blindness and your feelings around it especially when you were first diagnosed. It helps people to know that there are struggles and I am sure some of these are especially true for our vets. Please feel free to reach out to me with your questions and concerns at either phone below. You can send your story to pchang at nfb.org<mailto:pchang at nfb.org>. Thanks so much for helping with our storybank.

Above all thanks for your service.
