Would be interesting to know if police officers have procedures that
they *have* to follow if say they witness a prong or two, i.e. an
argument about money, an argument about money with kids present,
whatever. 
It's kind of like NORAD, where they *have* to report any object that
flies into U.S. airspace if that object hasn't filed a flight plan. 
And, that my friends is why Santa gets reported every year. 
You can see the reports and watch NORAD tracking Santa at the NORAD
site.

Yup, no law breaking here.  We tease her, if she didn't have bad luck,
she'd have no luck at all.  It was very scary for her and her children
watching mom being taken away in a police car.  I call it harassment. I
wrote a letter to the city and complained about those kind of officers.
Instead of going after the crooks, they harrass young families minding
their own business. V
