Yes, you can!  In fact, you can even call in to NORAD and speak to someone and find out exactly where Santa is at any given moment 
during Christmas Eve/Christmas.  I know because I used to work up there and volunteer for it every year.  :)  It was always fun to 
get the little kids calling in and make their nights when you told them where Santa was delivering toys right then!
