HI,
i would totally stay away from any kind of vix even baby vix.  There's a 
chance of it being okay, but there's also a chance that the baby could be 
burned accidentally by the stuff, or some other problem occuring.  There are 
so many other things you can do for colds that to take the risk of using 
something that says right on the bottle not for use under 2 years of age is 
not necessary.  It's great when they're older though!
