[blparent] homework

its a digital camera connected to a palm pilot that will read the text of 
printed materials.  He hasn't used it for about 6 months.  The state of 
Maryland paid for it for him and he is the only one in the state through 
Department of Rehab Services to get one.  I think he doesn't use it due to 
not having proper training with it.
