[blparent] Noisy shoes

I don't allow my daughter to run ahead of me. There is absolutely no
reason why she needs to do that in my oppinion.
She is free to run outdoors, but indoors is for walking, and outdoors
she needs to learn that there is a time and place for running, and that
time and place isn't when we're out doing erands and the like.
Her choices are walk nicely like a lady or she gets to ride on Mommy's
back.

My boyfriend and I just bought the puppy dog leash for our 15 month
daughter. We aren't letting her run ahead of us yet, but we like it for
a safety thing if she happens to break from our hand. She really enjoys
is, and seems to be so proud of herself when she gets to walk like a big
girl instead of being in the stroller.
