[blparent] Noisy shoes

JThey do have a mobility teacher.  I'm trying to see if I can create the 
desire to want to use one by allowing them to go out to the bus all by 
themselves.  Of course, I still have to go out and herd them in the right 
direction but I don't think until the snow comes will they even have 
problems.  The only thing right now is that they sometimes run into the door 
of the bus.  We tell them to put out their hands but if they do hit it I 
tell them that if they'd use their canes that wouldn't happen.
