[blparent] Noisy shoes

Only light perception and color.  They have no choice but to learn cane use 
or always hold someone's hand.  If he'd hold his cane, I could hold his 
other hand for security and put the leash for the other on my cane hand or 
through a belt loop or something.  I'd figure it out.
