I have to agree. I see parents in public all the time that I just want to 
smack, but unless their child is doing something that impacts me, my baby, 
or my dog, I just bite my tongue. I will say something in the above 
instances, though. Like when kids are barking at my dog, chasing my dog, 
trying to hit my dog with toys, etc. I'll do the same if anyone's kid is 
bugging Elise in similar ways.
