Hi,

Yeah that's what I'd have done as well.  It's not really what was said but 
how it was said that wasn't acceptable.  Unfortunately children aren't 
always nice but they need to be held accountable for the things they say if 
it hurts somebody's feelings.  what shocks me a little about this situation 
is that Kianna most likely saw she hurt Gab's feelings but didn't even 
apologize to her friend for that.
