[blparent] Ideas for Toddler Meals

Hi.

I will admit I personally don’t eat much meat and for years was a vegetarian. I only eat chicken and fish and some times red meet but give larger portions to my husband. My oldest Daughter eats very little meat and enjoys soy and can either eat meat or leave it depending on her mood. Recently she has started asking questions about where her food comes from so we’ll see what she decides later down the rode.

As far as toddlers, kids just seem to know what they need and even chicken nuggets and Mac n cheese have nutritional value. But finger foods are the best though if she won’t use a spoon just give it to her any way and sooner or later she’ll discover that some foods are easer to eat with a spoon or fork .

Hope this helps.
Kate
