Hi Sharon.  We're going to be getting one of those pack and plays so that
should help. I agree that infant and child need separation at times and it
would be hard on my back to be carrying him around at all times too.  I'll
save the front pack for when we go out and stuff like that.

Leslie, when my sons were babies, we had a porta-crib-don't know if they 
make those any more-where I usually kept them. it was small and portable but

comfortable for them. I could easily carry it from room to room if 
necessary. I would think it would not be a good idea to carry the baby at 
all times. To me, wearing an infant would truly do a number on your back 
after a while, and both you and the baby need separation at times.
