HI all,

Our little boy finally made it in to the world at 8:53 pm, on Thursday the 19th of February.  He was born naturally after about 12 hours of labour and about six pushes.  He weighed 9 pounds 4 ounces, and was 21 and a quarter inches long.  I stayed in hospital with him until yesterday because I tore a little bit and they wanted to make sure I was physically ready to go home.  The hospital staff were great, they even took remus both nights so we could get some uninterupted sleep.  We had a few feeding problems in the hospital and we're still struggling with breast feeding a bit, and have had to suplement feed my milk, but all in all things are going well.   Colyn is liking being a big brother, and we're all settling in and getting used to the new routine or lack there of.  I'll write more when I can.
