[blparent] Braille Books for Kids

Hi Rebecca,
Does your talking book library have Braille books as well?  I know Maryland
does, so perhaps that's actually the library you want to hook up with since
it's much closer to you than Utah.  This may be why she hasn't heard of
Utah; perhaps you should ask her where you need to order Braille books from
and she should be able to tell you the library to use.  Don't know about the
Jernigan Library though.

So going back to my earlier question, 
Can somebody tell me how I get my library to link up with the Utah
Library, the Tenesee library and the Jernigan Library? 
The librarian at my talking book library has never heard of either of
these libraries. 
Anybody have names of people I can give to her?

This is actually in response to the Seedlings verses NBPBooks.  The
Tennessee Library for the Blind has braille books.  The plastic sheets
between the print pages are very sturdy and do not tear easily; however,
I find the 3 ring clip comes out of the binder often.
Seedlings books are great because they look and feel just like a book
that is bought at the store, but the selection is limited and the books
from the library are free!  We have them both.  Lucy
