[blparent] Braille Books for Kids

Yes I think that is how it works.  When I lived in Colorado and wanted 
Braille books, then the library would get them from Utah if they didn't have 
it.  It sounds like that you don't need to get hooked up with Utah if you 
already get Braille books from your state library.
