[blparent] Remus is here, finally

I had this for weeks after the birth. And it would last for ever. I was 
always cold. Its a weird feeling, and not so much fun.
My midwife told me to eat foods with iodine in them, or take a kelp or 
iadine supplamant. And with in a week of taking it and eating foods, I was 
back to normal and it never came back. I stopped after a few weeks and have 
been fine. If you can eat seewead and other things like it, grate, it may 
help. If your like me you may not be able to choke see wead down.
