Hello all,
This is Amy, I just joined this list earlier this week. I would like to thank everyone that has written back, to welcome me aboard, I really appreciate the warm welcomes and introductions that were given, I am pleasantly surprised, with the responses that I've received! I also wanted to comment, on the topic of the past few days, regarding buying baby items etc. I just want to say, that I am not pregnant yet, but when the  time comes, the advice that all of you have provided about the suggestions for new baby items, to Angelina are very helpful, along with the different perspectives that you provide. It is true, that what one of the listers said, and that, what one person's opinion may be, is just that, their opinion, looking at the bigger picture, and realizing that we are all interested  in the same area, is what it is all about. It is easy to misinterpret what someone may say in an e-mail, because, it is not an in person conversation after all. That simply needs to be overlooked, and to "mull through" some of the different messages, because there is bound to be helpful information for everyone. I've been on previous lists before, and that is what you do, different attitudes and approaches are going to be out there, try to simply extract the helpful info. that is in and among the messages, and then just move on. I am already learning an awful lot of all of the different mothers that have written back, keep the info. coming, and the advice is great!
