I have the same issue with wind.  Its pressure turns straight lines into
curves, and its noise masks and distorts acoustics of familiar places.

I love sunshine.  I can deal with snow.  But I absolutely hate the wind!  I 
get dizzy walking around in the wind, I think it messes with my balance 
somehow.
