Had to reread this myself.

But I think its in reference to clear plastic sheets you can buy from office supply stores.  The sheets are clear and you can Braille the text on them and attach them to the printed page.  Also I find the Braille on them sturdy so it isn’t squished too fast.

So I think I’m on the right track.

Let me know if this clears it up or if you need more info.
