[blparent] something comical

At Village Inn, I once forgot Sarah's little canister of cereal that I carry
in her diaper bag. I went back to the same restaurant a few days later with
some friends from my church, and the waitress remembered me and gave back
the cereal dispenser, which had been saved behind the cash register. I
decided that now and then, standing out because of my blindness--or because
of the dog and the baby and all their paraphernalia that follows me wherever
I go--is a good thing.
