Hi,

That's not necessarily a good thing to do becuase the baby's skin gets used 
to it and when the baby really does get a rash it won't cure it.  Of course 
if your baby is one of those unfortunate little ones who get diaper rashes 
fairly frequently this might be a good solution.  If not, just use baby 
vasolene unless you feel heat or any roughness around the diaper area. 
Walmart has a really good diaper rash cream called parent's choice and I 
swear by it.  My friend gave me some one time when Colyn was very little and

I've never bought anything else since.
