Right but just dropping off is dangerous and to make light of it serves
no value. Sure, it will be while before you get a solid eight in your
bed with baby sleeping in his or her bed, but not sleeping is indeed a
problem for everybody.

But in some cases, new mom's get very little sleep if any.  Most of the
time they just drop off due to exhaustion. I think they try to make
light of the seriousness of babies not sleeping.  Just ask Angelina, her
little cloei was a night owl. V

I don't know. 
I was put off that the parenting support group that the hospital offered
was run by a nurse, because the nurses where I delivered seem to take
great joy in saying the phrase "You'll never sleep again". 
Not sleeping is a huge red flag for a whole host of health problems, and
I felt that this attitude was irresponsible. 
So, I'm not sure how I feel about parenting classes. They may be okay in
theory, but not in practical experiences.

I never took parenting classes, but sometimes I want to just to see what

I Can relate to changing diapers in your sleep. LOL

I will add that we didn't take parenting classes and our kids are fine.
I think its one of those things that if you need it go for it and if you
don't feel you need it OK.
